Set Screw & MFG Co. is a USA based, ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer with over 90 years of experience producing precision slotted set screws in both inch and metric sizes. We manufacture to customer prints and industry specifications—including ASME B18.6.2, DIN 551, DIN 553, DIN 438, DIN 417, ISO 4766, and more.

Our production floor features 35 Brown & Sharpe single-spindle screw machines, plus 6 Brown & Sharpe machines equipped with servo cams, allowing for increased efficiency, flexibility, and tighter tolerances on complex or high-volume jobs. We also operate 4 thread rollers: one Kinefac, one Tesker, and two Reed—ensuring consistent threading quality on every slotted set screw we produce.

We manufacture in a wide range of materials: low carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, bronze, and specialty grades. Quantities range from short-run prototypes to production volumes in the tens of millions, with typical lead times of 6–8 weeks for non-stock items.
